Research on Employee Performance using staff attendance manager system

Introduction

The chapter is very important because it proposes and introduces quantitative research designs that will help craft the efficiency of attendance manager system approval mechanism, based on costs and capital structures. The section proposes how the study will be mining data from online databases, concerned with the attendance manager system approval process. The goal is to compare the timesheet, research questions, and attendance system ranking with an equivalent counter assessment of employees of valid assumptions. The findings are not biased because they are based on the genuine assumptions, as well properly calculated indices of the database. The sections will also be flexible enough to ensure that it is easy to come up with valid research results.

3.2 Research Methodology

As indicated, a quantitative research design will be employed given that it allows the research to respond to the research questions in a much coherent way. The research tends to rely predominantly on attendance management system database because it has properly updated information. However, mined data will be computed, and processed using SPSS. The results will enable this research to schedule results in a much clearer and finite method which utilizes a range of sources that are appropriate for the research survey. As such, it will be possible to detail more findings while increasing the flexibility of the research questions in a much clearer way.

3:2:1 Quantitative Approach

Quantitative is the use of numerical data, either generated in this research or elsewhere but computed, processed, analyzed, interpreted and verified in this research. The purpose of choosing the quantitative approach is because it will be possible to analyze various indicators of the efficiency of the attendance manager system and management process.
Besides, given that the research will be processing data in numbers, it is possible to apply descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation, percentiles, skewness and median to determine the correlation of data. As such, this will enable the research to analyze the economic models in a much superior, finites and resourceful way. As well, this will enable the research to verify and evaluate the findings making the research stable in the kind of the logistics and decisions it will be drawing.
As well, in the course of the product development, it will be possible to explore data deficiency, which will be important in evaluating the validity of the employee performance research questions. Also, there is a strong consideration of the p-value, which presents the statistical power. The ability to determine the sample sizes as well enables achieving of the statistical significance which relates to the sample size while enabling a stable and meaningful research.

Research Questions on Attendance manager systems

Research Questions

·         Are costs factors important for the attendance management system approval process?
·         Is capital a prerogative of the attendance system approval process?
·          How does costs and capital influence the attendance manager system flow chart?

3.4 Research Audience

The research has a broad audience; I am primarily dedicating this research to college students, friends, and relatives, and most importantly to the wide economic group who are interested in examining the relationship of capitalism and debt. Also, for the purpose of this research, we dedicate it to policymakers, and the committee of experts who are entitled to approve the process.

3.5 Sample and Method for Quantitative Analysis

Quantitative research allows me to the generalize larger population of research results, hence have a better way to evaluate whether the null timesheet is true or false, as compared to the alternative timesheet applications, which is true or false.  However, the research will conduct a sample size, which will enable the perfect distribution of the survey to determine the factors that amount the random interception and sampling.

3.5.1 Calculating Sample Size of employees using attendance systems

In calculating the sample size, it will be important to conduct integrate the G*Power Analysis. The sample size of the sample calculation will be computed based on the basic sample sizes, using a G*Power. Essentially, the tools allows for the degrees of freedom which is applicable and can easily computed.

3.6 Data Collection

As stated before, the study will mine data from  a government based website which provides relevant primary data on focusing on the possible attendance manager system approval mechanism based on the efficiency of the flowchart while considering the capital approval mechanism. The data collection procedure is an important section of this research because it provides stable and relative findings that help in evaluating the possible research questions.
The study employs quantitative methodology of data collection on large and on the smaller side the qualitative side to help bridge and meet the timesheetsection. The data collection will involve realistic timelines, which depend on the quality of evaluating and generalizing data. To meet the objectives, a realistic timeline was established such that it would facilitate in developing flexibility.

Timesheet

The timesheet directing the research is as follows.
H01): Null Timesheet:  Both capital and costs do influence the will of the committee to approve or reject a proposed attendance manager system.
(HA1): Alternative timesheet: Both capital and costs do not influence the will of the committee to approve or reject a proposed attendance manager system.

The data collection had logical steps that were to be taken before, during and after the collection. It will be necessary to develop the materials of the research which involves obtaining informed concise decisions, that surrounds the research. Given the data collection procedure might be complex; versatile and even complicated a flow chart presenting the stages of the research will be applied. This will be to help in defragmenting the research into clear and finite stages. The timeline will be proposed later in these sections.

3.7. Challenges of Ranking Web Data
The research methodology can be criticized on the basis that we are using data collected from other people. The collection will not rely from one website, but many websites in general, hence maintaining consistency is naturally a difficult problem which requires proper evaluation of the research questions.
3.7.2 Inconsistency
As well, consistency of data collection could have hampered the quality of data itself, primarily because we were collecting data of two countries in particular, hence relating them to the research questions. The challenge in this case is that the sources might not be very consistency, yet we have five research questions to evaluate, compute and analyze. Also, there is a problem of computing, and processing data which in this case, depends on the quality of data sources. As stated, data is coming from various online sources. These ranges are hampers and cripple the strategy of the research.

3.7.2 Evaluation

There is a problem of employee evaluation, which hampers the quality measuring and monitoring progress while advancing the different websites that we are going to be generating data from. The evaluation methods depends on experts assessments that are possible and accessible for the research methodology.

3.7.3 Heterogeneity

The structured data generated from the web suffers from poor heterogeneity. Crossing differences for the scheme and data level allows for the perfect exploit for the different web sources. Hence, resolving the differences in data sources through manual integration lacks perfect data integration that is costly for the particular data assessment.

3.7.4 Redundancy

Much of the data to be mined might be redundant as well it might be overlapping each other, putting the study in jeopardy because of the lack of coherence. In this case, the data could be lacking the perfect description of the different schemes which depends primarily on the integration methods. As well, the ranking methods depend on search. Any of the three sources might have different search keywords.

3.7.5 Curing

The four challenges might not have any immediate solutions; hence the research will have to do a lot of work evaluating, scrutinizing, verifying, and even drawing assumptions using a pen and paper.

3.8 Reliability of Research

The reliability of the research depends naturally on the finite approach of treating data. Given that we might face a problem of treating, and healing data, hence the reliability of data will depends naturally on the quality of  attendance management system and how data is going to be evaluated treated, assessed and examined. The credibility of the study however remains on how data is going to be presented. To ensure that consistency is achieved, each of the sources will have to govern by evaluating the quality of the sources hence making a perfect observation decision on the credibility based on how data is being handled. .

3.8 Ethical Consideration

All external information to be considered in the research questions will have to be (Timesheet reports)d properly. In case, there are no extension, any internal information will be perfectly computed, using our choice software SPSS. SPSS is being used because it has descriptive statistics which makes it possible to evaluate, hence all data will be computed and relevant, discussion, analysis and findings attached to them
